Exchanges & Returns
We offer a 14-day return policy from the delivery date or the date of purchase in-store. You can exchange or return at any one of our stores anytime or return them online at your convenience! Online purchases can be returned in-store with proof of purchase. Please note, refunds for online orders do not include shipping costs.
Faulty Returns & Change of Mind Returns
Our team want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.However, if you receive a faulty item, we sincerely apologize. Please inspect all items upon arrival and report any faults promptly so we can resolve them for you. If you receive a faulty or damaged product, change your mind about a purchase made online or in-store, or wish to return items under New Zealand consumer laws, please follow the return process below, either in-store or online.
Return Conditions:
Items must be in original sale condition (unwashed and unused with original tags/labels attached).
You may be asked to provide personal details for returns or exchanges. These details will be used for the purpose of processing the return.
Shipping costs will only be refunded for faulty items only if the entire order is being returned and the customer provides proof of the shipping amount.
Goods must be sent via Tracked Courier. We do not accept standard postal deliveries, as this ensures protection against lost parcels.
