What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the following payment methods:

When Will My Order Ship?
Orders are processed within 3 business days after payment verification.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.
Where Do You Ship To?
Currently, only ship within New Zealand. For international shipping inquiries, please reach out to our customer service team at hello@yarnup.co.nz
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can only be modified or canceled if they have not yet been shipped. Please contact us with your order number as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to assist you.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Delivered by courier typically within 1-3 business days once dispatched. Delivery to rural areas may take a few extra days.
Can I pick up my order in-store?
Sorry, online orders are currently not available for pickup and can only be shipped. However, you're always welcome to visit our store and shop in person!
What should I do if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Please double-check your shipping address before completing the order. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at hello@yarnup.co.nz
My Item Arrived Damaged. What Should I Do?
If you receive a damaged item, please reach out to us immediately with photos of the damage. We’ll assist you according to our Exchanges & Returns Policy.
How Long Does It Take to Process a Refund?
Once your refund is approved, it will be processed within 1-3 business days and returned to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank.
